Biography

Hello! My name is Amelia Jones, and I am both a licensed mental health counselor and a licensed addiction counselor. I have worked in diverse areas of both mental health and addiction services while treating clients with mild, moderate to severe chemical dependency. I have worked with clients who have had a wide range of concerns such as, ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD and complex PTSD, and dual diagnosis. I offer a variety of services including counseling for anger management, bipolar disorder, postpartum depression/anxiety, sexual behaviors/issues and I offer services that are LGBTQ friendly.  I have experience with both individual and group therapies, as well as helping clients navigate probation and children protective services.

I have a passion for discovering what helps you heal and stay on that path of healing. Our time together is dedicated to assist you in finding what works and how to expand and grow. The time we have together will be focused on you and your goals. I feel growth and healing is never linear and I am here to help you with the ups and downs of life.  I look forward to working with you.
