Biography
My name is Ashley, and I have a strong clinical focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), as well as parents of children with autism. I am passionate about creating a space where neurodivergent clients and their families feel understood, supported, and empowered to navigate life in ways that align with who they are.
My connection to this work is both professional and deeply personal, which allows me to bring not only clinical knowledge, but also a meaningful understanding of the day-to-day experiences, strengths, and challenges that can come with neurodivergence. I approach this work with empathy, patience, and authenticity.
I take an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. I believe therapy should never be one-size-fits-all, but instead individualized, collaborative, and responsive to each person’s lived experience, identity, and goals.
My work is grounded in creating a supportive, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore challenges and build on their strengths. I am committed to meeting clients where they are and empowering them with practical tools, insight, and confidence as they navigate personal growth, healing, and everyday life.
