Biography

Keisha Bedell is the Co-Founder of Cultivate Counseling & Consulting and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a passion for supporting women, girls, and individuals navigating trauma, life transitions, and identity-shaping experiences. Her work is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based approaches, with a strong emphasis on safety, empowerment, and sustainable change.

Throughout her career, Keisha has supported individuals facing complex stressors such as trauma, suicidal ideation, housing instability, abusive relationships, and major life transitions. Her work extends beyond the therapy room, partnering with clients to rebuild stability, reclaim confidence, and strengthen emotional and relational well-being. She has also supported professionals and leaders navigating career advancement, entrepreneurship, and leadership development after trauma disrupted their sense of self. Her approach is shaped by both clinical training and lived experience.

Keisha understands what it means to feel unseen, unheard, or underestimated, particularly within systems that demand resilience without offering support. These experiences inform her commitment to meeting clients with empathy, clarity, and respect while helping them trust themselves and their voice. At the core of her work is the belief that healing occurs when people feel seen, believed, and supported. She is intentional, compassionate, and purpose-driven, committed to helping individuals move forward with confidence, self-trust, and emotional regulation, not just surviving, but building lives rooted in stability and meaning.
