My name is Noura Al-Khafif, and I am dedicated to creating a supportive, compassionate space where your unique journey is honored and understood. Using a person-centered approach and Motivational Interviewing, I meet you where you are and am committed to fostering an environment where you feel genuinely heard while nurturing your motivation for wellness and personal growth at your own pace.

Rooted in multicultural sensitivity, my approach respects and values the diverse backgrounds and experiences you bring to our work together. I have experience supporting individuals through a range of challenges, including self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), and obsessive-compulsive personality disorder (OCPD). I look forward to working together and supporting you on this journey toward healing and self-discovery.
