Keisha Bedell, M.Ed., LPCC, is the Owner of KB Consulting and Co-Founder of Cultivate Counseling & Consulting, a licensed clinician, speaker, and consultant who helps leaders, organizations, and high-achieving individuals do the hardest thing many of them have never been taught to do: stop, rest, and lead from a place of wholeness instead of exhaustion.
Keisha knows what it means to build something significant while running on empty. As a mother, private practice owner, nonprofit founder, clinician, and community leader, she has lived with the tension between drive and depletion and has learned that sustainable success is not built on hustle. It is built on healing.
Through KB Consulting, Keisha works with leaders and organizations ready to move beyond survival mode. Her approach is trauma-informed, clinically grounded, and unapologetically intentional, helping individuals and teams recognize burnout before it breaks them, prioritize themselves without guilt, and create cultures where rest is not a reward but a leadership strategy.
Her consulting and speaking work spans workshop facilitation, organizational training, and keynote speaking, with expertise in trauma-informed leadership, burnout recovery, self-prioritization, and sustainable wellness practices for those who are used to carrying everyone else. She has supported professionals stepping into executive roles, leaders rebuilding after crisis, and organizations ready to invest in the well-being of their people at every level.
Grounded in resilience, faith, and lived experience, Keisha brings her whole self into every room she enters as a therapist, leader, survivor, and advocate. Because she believes the most powerful thing a leader can model is the courage to choose themselves first.
