Biography
Hi, I’m Brittany, and I’m currently pursuing my M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Northwestern University. As a therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families, and I’m passionate about helping people explore the relationships, identities, and patterns that shape their lives.
My work is grounded in Integrative Systemic Therapy (IST), a flexible, client-centered approach that draws from multiple therapeutic models to best support the needs of each client. Through a systemic lens, I help clients make sense of their challenges within the broader context of their relationships, communities, and lived experiences. I believe this perspective can lead to deeper, more sustainable change. I also bring a background in fine art into my therapeutic work, and I love using creativity in sessions when it supports the process. Whether we’re navigating emotional blocks, communication struggles, or simply trying to reconnect with your sense of self, I see therapy as a collaborative space where curiosity, compassion, and creativity come together. My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and engaged. I aim to co-create a space where you feel safe to explore, question, and grow—at your own pace and in your own way.
